1| PREPARE 

Please tell us what you need by filling out one of the design questionnaire forms. This is necessary for us to recognize your business needs but will also help you better understand your expectations, target audience and design requirements.  We dive into your brand values, brand message & tone. Please feel free to share your inspirations with us, images, colour palettes, links to websites you like. A great idea is to create (if you don’t have one already!) a Pinterest Board and share it with us. Pin anything and everything you like, and then we will comb through it and take what we think will work and will align well with your brand. If you have any questions along the way, please contact us brainstorm the ideas that will help to develop a unique brand that truly reflects your business 

 

2| FORMALITIES

Within 24 hrs we will send you our proposal, short contract to be signed and our invoice. That is when we confirm your project scope, price & timeline. All branding packages are to be paid 100% upfront, due to the digital nature of the product. For web design, 50% non-refundable deposit is required. 

 

3| LOGO DESIGN 

We deliver 4-5 initial primary logo concepts. You have two optional revisions of feedback so we can tweak until it's absolutely perfect. After you approve your primary logo, we nail down your alternate logo and submark, in different colour variations.

4| BRANDING

We take all of your "homework" and do a little research into your industry and your ideal client. From there, we create a mood board for your brand. A mood board is an arrangement of images, materials, colours and pieces of text that will project a particular style or concept. It’s based on your questionnaire, the Pinterest board and all of the creative research, and should be on the right track for the overall feel of the brand. While we’re creating the mood board, we’re also subtly crafting the colour palette. These are the elements that give your brand personality and really make it come to life. We send colour palette ideas (1-2) to the client to choose from, based on the mood board. We put all the pieces together and present it to you on one of our signature Branding Style Boards, and as always, revise until perfect! The aim with the Branding Style Board is to encompass all of the design features into one document so in the future you will know exactly what to do to keep the designs on brand and cohesive. Once you’re 100% happy with our work, we deliver all final files to you. You are ready to debut your beautiful new brand to the world!

 

5| BRAND COLLATERALS

We create your brand collaterals and social media graphics. The designs are totally custom to your brand with your brand colours, fonts, patterns/textures, logos and logo marks to achieve cohesive, professional look.

 

6| WEBSITE

Once your branding and collateral are complete, we work together to create a badass website that is totally custom to you, your brand and your business goals. At this point, we require your website copy and all images/elements to be delivered to us. We’ll be working closely throughout the design phase to be sure that we are progressing in the desired direction! We’ll be in touch to make sure that you’re 100% happy with every single detail of the creating process.

 

7| LAUNCH

Your site is designed with your ideal customer as the star of the show, so you can start attracting the clients and customers you've been dreaming of. After we have everything in place and the remaining balance is paid in full, we’ll transfer your amazing website over to you and set it to go live. You sit back, relax and watch your business grow.
